Özet

Before credit-making process banks, have create the credibility report about the general and financial status of people or institutions in order to have updated information. However, the credibility scoring process, can lead to both time-consuming and to financial losses. Therefore, these activities must be made by automation tools in today's information age. In this context, the persons or institutions, in line with the personal and income information, developed an expert system that calculates credit score and the possibility of the credit. The developed expert system, make offers as a report to the user on the about the credit application. In addition, the most important distinguishing feature of this study is that it has a dynamic rule base. With this feature, is made only evaluation according to the specific rules or rule base. At the same time, the system automatically constitutes a new rule base in accordance added to the rule or rules. In other words, can be made a arrangement and update in the rule base according to the developing conditions. This provides able to perform more realistic assumptions that the developed expert system. Thus, credibility activities will connect to the automation and such activities turn into more efficient, faster and more reliable service for banks.
