In this study, a 3G (3. Generation Wireless Networks) controlled car prototype has been developed. Real-time video transmission can be done with a camera placed on the car. A User can control camera and car motions by 3G compatible cell phone which placed on the car via a remote computer. Average delay of control messages that sent from the user to the car has been measured about 100 ms and average delay of real-time videos that sent from the car to the user has been measured about 400 ms. According to experimental results, it has been shown that the car and the camera can be controlled with high motion capability with low control latencies.
