Özet
The rise in greenhouse gases due to industrialization and human activities is the main cause of global climate change. The accelerating use of fossil fuels due to global industrialization has exponentially increased environmental pollution. Changes in Earth's climate system and global warming are felt everywhere in the world, from the equator to the poles. This chapter reports on the concept of algal cultivation techniques for current and future environmental cleanup. In this chapter, the advantages and challenges of algal cultivation techniques by means of a carbon capture strategy are discussed. Microalgae are very important microorganisms that have the potential to solve environmental and energy problems in the world. These photosynthetic organisms perform the synthesis of many structural materials as well as convert CO2 to O2 with the energy they receive from the sun. These microorganisms, which represent the most natural and cheapest method of CO2 removal, may be among the biofuels of the future because they reduce dependence on fossil resources.
