Özet

Purpose: Dexmedetomidine is an anesthetic agent frequently used for sedation at the intensive care units and during general anesthesia. The purpose of our study was to investigate whether vitamin C prevents the effect of high dose dexmedetomidine on erythrocyte deformability in rats.
