In this method, the movement of the mechanism was provided by the coated chrome interface between the components. The interior and outer part of the mechanism was produced of Ck45 steel (insert) and WC-%9Co feedstock, respectively. The interface was formed with chrome plated onto Ck45 steel. The coated Ck45 steel was placed into mold and then WC-%9Co feedstock is injected onto insert. The chemical debinding and sintering processes were applied to specimens after injection. As a result of preventing to diffusion of chrome interface at the sintering stage, the desired clearance between the components was obtained and ensured the movement of assembled part. Control of the clearance between the components was provided by the interface thickness and sintering temperature parameters. The effect of the clearance on these parameters was investigated by mathematical calculations, virtual analyzes and these results were compared with the experimental results. For the sintering temperatures of 1100, 1200 and 1300°C the clearances were obtained as 50, 40 and 30 μm, respectively. It was observed that the thickness of the interface does not affect the clearance of ball joint.
