Özet

A simple, new and accurate analytical method using square wave stripping voltammetry was described to determine the cholic add. The maximum sensitivity and response peak current that belong to square wave stripping cathodic peak were found to be pH 9.0 Britton-Robinson (B-R) at a reduction potential of -1352 mV. The linearity, reproducibility, detection limit and recovery were obtained under the optimized conditions. Three linear calibration graphs were obtained with slopes of 0.403, 0.053 and 0.011 (mu M/mu A), respectively. The detection limits were found to be 67 nM, 0.3 mu M and 3.3 mu M for cholic acid (S/N = 3), respectively. The influences of some other commonly found inorganic and organic salts on the determination of cholic acid were also examined. The method was successfully applied to the determination of cholic add in gallbladder belong to cattle and sheep by a fast and simple procedure using voltammetric techniques. There is no need for long and tedious extraction or separation procedures. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
