Özet

ln this sıudy, twenty-four.l -acy1-3-('| -and/or 2-naphlhyl)-5-ary1-2-pyrazoıine derivatives have

been synthesized by lhe reaction of appropriate 1-( 1 -and/or 2-naphthyl)-3-aryF2-propenone derivative and

hydrazine hydrale in appropriate acid. The strucıures of the compounds have been elucidated by W, lR, lHand

13C-NMR, cosy, Heterocosy, DEPT, Mass spectra and eıernenlal ana|yses. Antifungal and antibacıerial

acüüİjes of the compounds have been determined by microdilution tesı using amFİcilin and clotrimazole as

standard. ln acıivity tests, Grarn(+l, Gram(-} bacteria and yeast_like fungi have been used.
