Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu (TVF) Sultanlar Ligi ve Efeler Liginde oynanan müsabakalarda uygulanan Görüntülü Değerlendirme Sistemi (GDS) aracılığıyla yapılan itirazlarda hakemlerin ve takımların haklılık yüzdelerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada TVF Sultanlar Ligi ve Efeler Liginde, 2021/2022 ve 2020/2021 sezonlarında oynanan tüm müsabakalarda GDS kullanılarak dahil-hariç top, blok teması, file teması, hücum çizgisi ihlali, orta çizgi ihlali, servis çizgisi ihlali, anten teması ve dört vuruş ihlallerine yapılan itiraz sayıları değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında toplanan verilerde Sultanlar Ligi ve Efeler Liginde hakem ve takımların haklı çıkma yüzdeleri sezonlara ve liglere göre değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel analiz sonucunda TVF Sultanlar Ligi ve Efeler Ligi müsabakalarında GDS aracılığıyla yapılan itirazlarda hem 2021/2022 hem de 2020/2021 (dört vuruş dışında) sezonlarında hakem kararlarının haklılık yüzdesi takımlara oranla çok daha fazladır. Ayrıca 2021/2022 sezonunda hakem kararlarındaki haklılık yüzdesi ise bir önceki sezondaki hakem kararlarındaki haklılık yüzdesine göre daha fazla artmıştır. Bu sonuçlardan hareketle TVF Sultanlar Ligi ve Efeler Liglerinde uygulanan GDS’nin müsabaka sonuçlarının güvenilirliğini artırdığı ve hakemlerin karar verme süreçlerini de geliştirdiği söylenebilir.
The aim of this study is to determine the rightness percentages of the referees and teams in the objections made through the Video Evaluation System (VES) applied in the matches played in the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) Sultanlar League and Efeler League. In the study, in all competitions played in the TVF Sultanlar League and Efeler League in the 2021/2022 and 2020/2021 seasons, using VES, including-excluding ball, block contact, net contact, attack line violation, center line violation, service line violation, antenna contact and four-hit violations. The number of objections raised was evaluated. In the data collected within the scope of the study, the percentages of the referees and teams that were justified in the Sultanlar League and the Efeler League were evaluated according to the seasons and leagues. As a result of the statistical analysis, in the objections made via VES in the TVF Sultans League and Efeler League competitions, the percentage of the referee's decisions is much higher than the teams in both the 2021/2022 and 2020/2021 seasons (except for four strokes). In addition, in the 2021/2022 season, the percentage of justification in the referee's decisions increased more than the percentage of the referee's decisions in the previous season. Based on these results, it can be said that the VES applied in the TVF Sultanlar League and Efeler Leagues increases the reliability of the competition results and improves the decision-making processes of the referees.
