ÖZET
Dentigeröz kistler gelişimsel odontojenik kistlerin en sık görülen tipidir ve gömülü dişlerin yaklaşık %10'unun dentigeröz kist oluşturabileceği tahmin edilmektedir. Bu kistlerin tedavisinde, kistin boyutuna ve çevre anatomik yapılara bağlı olarak enükleasyon ve marsupyalizasyon olmak üzere iki yaklaşım vardır. Marsupyalizasyon genellikle çocuklarda ve büyük dentigeröz kistlerde tercih edilir. Bu prosedürün avantajı ortodontik traksiyon olsun veya olmasın kistle ilişkili dişin sürmesini uyarmasıdır. Enükleasyon prosedürü ise genellikle sadece küçük kistler için önerilir. Ototransplantasyon ise, gömülü dişlerin tedavisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan ve implantlara kıyasla önemli ölçüde zaman ve maliyet tasarrufu sağlayan son derece başarılı bir tedavi şeklidir. Genç hastalarda ototransplantasyon; alveolar kemik rezorpsiyonunu önleyerek, kemik gelişiminin devam etmesini ve proprioseptif stimülasyonu sağlayabilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Dentigerous cysts are the most common type of developmental odontogenic cysts and it is estimated that approximately 10% of impacted teeth may develop dentigerous cysts. There are two approaches for the treatment of these cysts, enucleation and marsupialization, depending on the size of the cyst and the surrounding anatomical structures. Marsupialization is usually preferred in children and for large dentigerous cysts. The advantage of this procedure is that it stimulates the eruption of the tooth associated with the cyst with or without orthodontic traction. Enucleation is usually recommended only for small cysts. Autotransplantation is a highly successful treatment method widely used in the treatment of impacted teeth and provides significant time and cost savings compared to implants. Autotransplantation in young patients can prevent alveolar bone resorption, allowing continued bone development and proprioceptive stimulation.
