In this study, an optimal and a propose algorithm bit-error-ration (BER) and capacity results by considering that are expected to use as a non-orthogonal-multiple-access (NOMA) technique in near future 5G under multi-input single-output (MISO) systems are presented. The variable transmitting antenna selection effects on the BER and Capacity in the MISO sparse coding -multiple-access (SCMA) systems is widely known. The optimal and proposed algorithms BER and capacity results were presented, which were obtained by applying Monte Carlo simulations in this paper. In addition, the effects of the RF front end adding on both algorithms HER performance were investigated. Finally, an adaptive user-based power allocation algorithm instead of doubling the RF front end was pointed out by aiming to increase the BER performance of the MISO-SCMA systems.rengAbstract.
