Özet

The paper presents a complete and updated list of Cerambycoidea and Chrysomeloidea taxa from European Turkey (Turkish Thrace). Accordingly, a total of 430 species-group taxa of Cerambycoidea and Chrysomeloidea are determined from European Turkey. Thus, a total of 199 species-group taxa (113 species and 86 subspecies) of 79 genera belonging to 42 tribes of 9 subfamilies of 1 family from the Cerambycoidea superfamily are evaluated. The number of species-group taxa (199) determined from European Turkey is corresponded 19.34% of the total number of Turkish species-group taxa (1029). Among them, only 11 species-group taxa (7 species and 4 subspecies) are endemics. So, endemism ratio of species-group taxa of Cerambycoidea in European Turkey is found as 5.53 percent or as 2.12 percent of total endemic species-group taxa of Turkey (518). Also, a total of 231 species-group taxa (188 species and 43 subspecies) of 62 genera belonging to 19 tribes of 16 subfamilies of 4 families from the Chrysomeloidea superfamily are evaluated. The number of species-group taxa (231) determined from European Turkey is corresponded 23.77% of the total number of Turkish species-group taxa (972). Among them, only 5 species-group taxa (3 species and 2 subspecies) are endemics. So, endemism ratio of species-group taxa of Chrysomeloidea in European Turkey is found as 2.18 percent or as 4.20 percent of total endemic species-group taxa of Turkey (119). In addition, chorotypes of all species-group taxa determined from European Turkey are given in the text. Moreover, an exception of Bruchidae only, provincial distributions of all species-group taxa in European Turkey are evaluated for the first time, and the regional maps showing these distributions are also provided for available taxa.
