Özet

This study is about the relationship between attitudes towards seeking pscychological help and problem solving. The sample of this study was composed from 386 university students (246 female, 140 male). The data were obtained by "Attitudes Towards Seeking Psychological Help Scale" developed by Turkum (1997) and "Problem Solving Scale" developed by Heppner(1994). As a result of the research it has been seen that there is a meaningful relationship between attitudes towards seeking psychological help and problem solving. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd.
