Congenital cystic lesions of the lung in children are uncommon but clinically significant developmental abnormalities. In developed countries, they are usually recognized antenatally. It has been described that different lesions may coexist in the same patient. Secondary infections of cysts have also been reported. We describe congenital pulmonary airway malformation with tuberculosis and mediastinal bronchogenic cyst in the same adolescent patient in this report.
