Özet

Broadband ultrasonic pulsed Doppler transducers have been constructed. Since the KLM model of the ultrasound transducer has been used to predict the behavior of transducers under different conditions of electrical and acoustic load, this model has been used for the present work. It was observed that the sensitivity and bandwidth of ultrasound transducers are inversely proportional. These two parameters have been optimized in order to achieve high sensitivity and adequate bandwidth. The electrical tuning of the transducers is also discussed.
