Serebellumun bellek, dikkat, yürütücü işlevler, görsel-uzamsal işlevler, lisan, kişilik ve davranışla ilgili kognitif fonksiyonlarının etkilendiği non-motor semptomlarının ortaya konması, çeşitli nöropsikolojik testler ile sağlanır. Bellek ve dikkat, Revize Wechsler Bellek Ölçeği (WMS-R), California Sözel Öğrenme Testi (CSÖT), bölünmüş dikkat testi (TAP) ile değerlendirilir. Yürütücü işlevlerin incelenmesinde, Wechsler Yetişkinler İçin Zeka Ölçeğinin (WAIS) değişik versiyonları başta olmak üzere, Delis ve kaplan yürütücü işlev sistemi bataryası (D-KEFS), Yap/Yapma (Go/NoGo) testi, Stroop Testi kullanılır. Görsel-Uzamsal fonksiyonlar, çizgi yönünü belirleme testi, saat çizme, küpü kopyalama, Rey Kompleks Figür Test (Rey CFT), WAIS-R Blok Dizayn subtesti ile test edilir. Lisan fonksiyonları için Sözel Cümle Üretme Testi (OSPT) ve Genişletilmiş Lisan Yeterlik Testi (TLC-E), affekt bozuklukları için, Frontal Sistem Davranış Ölçeği (FrSBe), Duygudurum profili (POMS) kullanılır. Etkilenen kognitif fonksiyonlara yönelik ayrıntılı nöropsikolojik testler kullanılabileceği gibi Serebellar Kognitif Affektif Sendromu tarama amaçlı geliştirilmiş olan Serebellar Kognitif Affektif Sendrom ölçeği kullanılabilir.
The demonstration of non-motor symptoms affecting the cognitive functions of the cerebellum related to memory, attention, executive functions, visuospatial functions, language, personality and behavior is provided by various neuropsychological tests. Memory and attention are assessed with the Revised Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS-R), California Verbal Learning Test (CVLT), and divided attention test (TAP). In the examination of executive functions, Delis-Kaplan Executive Function System Battery(D-KEFS), Go/NoGo Test, Stroop Test and especially different versions of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) are applied. Visual-Spatial functions are tested with Judgement of line orientation (JLO), Clock drawing test, cube copying, Rey Complex Figure Test (Rey CFT), WAIS-R Block Design subtest. oral sentence production test (OSPT) and The test of language competence-expanded (TLC-E) are used for language functions, Frontal System Behavior Scale (FrSBe) and Profile of Mood States (POMS) are used for affective disorders. Detailed neuropsychological tests for the affected cognitive functions can be used, as well as the Cerebellar Cognitive Affective Syndrome Scale developed for screening Cerebellar Cognitive Affective Syndrome.
