Özet

Considering a very dynamic and fluctuating economic development of Turkey, continuity in energy supply and environmental aspects have always been the primary concern of a sustainable development. In this study, a comprehensive and techno-economic based energy-environmental analysis for the Turkish energy supply system has been modeled. The main aim of this study is to provide alternative cost-efficient future energy pathways under varies energy-environmental related polices. As a decision support methodological tool, the Energy Flow and Optimization Model-Environmental/General Algebraic Modelling System energy-environmental optimization model is used.
