Pseudoexfoliation (PSX) syndrome is an age-related disease in which abnormal fibrillar extracellular material is produced and accumulates in tissues such as ocular tissues, skill or connective tissue portions of various visceral organs. The abnormal extracellular material consists of proteins. The aim of the present study was to investigate the protein and lipid peroxidation ill patients with PSX syndrome.
