Özet

In conclusion, our study indicated that intraobserver agreement was superior to interobserver agreement in the HEAD-US assessment of hemophilic arthropathy. Rheumatologists, like radiologists, 

can greatly contribute to the early detection of hemophilic subclinical arthropathy.
