Relational layered ontology [1] which enables to read the database in the cognitive perception level and which is highly illustrative, is used in the analysis of this research that takes the question "Does the location decision of the foreign direct investment affect the urban development?" as a starting point. This article is differentiated from other studies both with its unique findings and also with the new methods called Correspondance Analysis and Bertin Garphics which are the elements of the model used.
