Özet

The title compound, [Zn(C7H4ClO2)(2)(C10H14N2O)(2)(H2O)(2)], is a monomeric complex, where the Zn-II ion resides on a centre of symmetry in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N, two carboxylate O and two water O atoms. There is an intramolecular hydrogen bond linking each water molecule with one carboxylate group.
