Özet

The global epidemic, which has necessarily changed the existing living standards, makes it necessary to make designs suitable for different pandemic conditions in the future and to improve the current design conditions for possible future scenarios. When the researches are evaluated in terms of time, it is seen that we spend time in office spaces, right after the residential spaces that meet our living needs. Offices appear as closed spaces where the disease spreads the most in terms of user density during the pandemic process. The importance of natural ventilation, especially after the pandemic, draws attention in office spaces where working with masks is compulsory and working remotely, and temporary solutions are produced. When the official reports on climate change and related literature studies are examined, it is seen that the importance of the necessity of getting more clean air for human health is mentioned in the future scenarios with new pandemic situations. In the research, tracing method was used as a working method to obtain the necessary information to address a global problem and find a solution. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to determine the parameters that should be considered while designing the ventilation systems of the office spaces and the parameters that are important in the improvement activities in the existing buildings through research examples. As a result of the literature research, it is concluded that the buildings should be constructed in accordance with the health standards and the health conditions of the existing buildings should be rearranged. In addition, by giving importance to passive air-conditioning in office-type buildings, general inferences were obtained that natural ventilation and fresh air intake into the space would have positive effects on both human health and the working performance of the users.
