This article aims to determine solutions and facilitations covered in the literature to develop a theoretical framework to enable further empirical research to improve Poland's municipal public transport and entertainment services to become more accessible and neurodiversity friendly as an initial step of greater research. A systematic review of the literature referring to the PRISMA statement was accomplished to achieve this goal. Present literature was reviewed and the common challenges faced by neurodiverse people and the best practices to overcome them were identified. Findings revealed a great selection of improvements and facilitations which will be used in the further steps of this research. These findings will also be useful for other researchers and practitioners working on neurodiversity friendly settings to support individuals, families, and communities with neurodiversity conditions.
