© 2022, Milli Egitim. All Rights Reserved.This study aims to reveal the relationship between bureaucratic structure, organizational trust and organizational support in secondary schools. The relational survey method was used in the study and the relationships between the determined variables were examined through structural equation modeling. The population of the research conducted in Ankara in the 2018-2019 academic year consists of 16,061 teachers in 415 state secondary schools, and the sample is 692 teachers. In the study, “Enabling School Structure Scale” developed by Hoy and Sweetland (2000), “Organizational Trust Scale” developed by Nyhan and Marlowe (1997) and “Perceived Organizational Support Scale” developed by Eisenberger and colleagues (1986) were used. According to the research results, a medium level positive relationship was found between bureaucratic structure and organizational trust and organizational support, and a high level positive relationship between organizational trust and organizational support. In the structural equation model created in the study, acceptable level fit values were reached; it has been determined that bureaucratic structure effectiveness has positive effects directly on organizational trust and organizational support; organizational trust has an intermediary role between bureaucratic structure effectiveness and organizational support.
