Wage management is an important study which affects the firm productivity in short term and the consistency of the activities of the firm in long term. This comes from the importance of the wage both for the personnel and for the organization. If an organization can't establish a balanced wage policy among the personnel, than there is a conflict in the organization. Establishment of a balanced wage policy is achieved by job evaluation. In this study, a job evaluation system is developed with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and this developed system is used to evaluate different jobs in an electricity enterprise.
