Özet

The increasing requirements for standalone power systems in the aviation industry necessitate the development of innovative engineering approaches. This study addresses the design process, requirements analysis, and modeling phases of a Ram Air Turbine (RAT) based in-pod power supply system. A Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach is adopted, and the operational, logical, and physical architecture of the system is created in line with the Arcadia methodology. During the modeling process using the Capella tool, system functions, inter-component relationships, and requirement hierarchy were analyzed in detail. In line with the determined engineering requirements, it is shown that the system is configured to provide 115V 400Hz AC and 5V, 14V, 28V, and 48V DC power outputs. The modeling and analysis results demonstrate that the system can dynamically adapt to varying airflow conditions and effectively function as a standalone power supply. This study provides a systematic and methodological framework for modeling standalone power systems in aviation applications.
