Urethrovaginal fistula usually occurs after urethrovaginal injury, resulting in urinary incontinence. Several modalities to treat urethrovaginal fistula have been reported. We describe a treatment in which we used a rectus abdominis muscle flap in a 6-year-old girl with refractory urethrovaginal fistula.
