Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a term used for hereditary mechano-bullous skin disorders resulting from mutations at proteins that provide epithelial or basement membrane integrity. Clinical subtypes are EB simplex, junctional EB and dystrophic EB. Kindler syndrome (KS) was added to the most recent classification of EB as a specific form of EB. KS is a rare genodermatozis with travma induced bulla formation, progressive skin atrophy and poikiloderma. We report the multidisciplinary management of an impacted third molar extraction under intravenous sedation from an axious patient with KS in this case report. The anesthesia techniques such as sedation may be required to perform dental treatments and to avoid trauma that may cause bullous formations for patients with KS. Dentists and anesthesiologists should be aware of the symptoms of this syndrome and affects on the dental procedures. The treatment planning should be done for to minimizes the complications.
