Özet

While Bosnian Sudi Efendi, who lived in 16th century was commenting of the works, Gulistan and Bostan of Sadi, who was one of the most important poets of Iran, used frequently the idioms of the Turkish saying assets. It is seen that some idioms, which are also included in Turkish's first written works, take place in these two works of Sudi. Some of the statements of these two Sudi'n Turkish vocabulary identified in the commentary of the meanings given by the commentators. In our study, it was tried to find out the idioms that Sudi Efendi explains the meanings in these two papers and to examine the structural and semantic features of the mentioned idioms.
