Özet

Practical studies based on theoretical and historical documents for the recovery of National culture from being almost forgotten and estranged concept are very important. These studies are related in a way with the cooperative activities of normative sciences like philosophy and sociology, together with the history and folklore. Refreshment of national memory means the renewal of a former existence situation at an ideal time between now and future. At this point lots of sources can be used. Sources like Kutadgu Bilig which are formed on historical fundamentals and contain an essence of a nation are important. The expectation of a father from his son (which is a coinciding situation written in Kutadgu Bilig) looks like not only a historical document but also represent a general existence situation in terms of essence. At this point with the aid hermeneutic deciphering from shell to core, essence can be reached form historical events.
