Özet

The paper presents a taxonomic evaluation of the genus Emphytoecia Fairmaire & Germain. Accordingly, Emphytoecia (Dimidiatipenna) subgen. nov. nov. is proposed, described and presented with some species that were previously placed to the genus, Emphytoecia Fairmaire & Germain.
