Özet

This paper presents comprehensive research related to hybrid power systems (HPSs) and Operational Planning (OP) in Smart Grids (SGs) across various types and scenarios, providing a comprehensive review of robust control (RC) techniques. Additionally, the paper offers a detailed understanding all components of the HPS. Lastly, the study examines the status of electrical energy in Iraq, with a particular focus on the use of renewable energy. This research contributes by providing essential information, data, and a thorough understanding of the design and implementation of hybrid energy systems in Iraq, which aim to deliver sustainable electrical energy to citizens who have endured power fluctuations and outages for decades.
