Özet

Ali Emiri, grown up in the recent years of the Ottoman Empire, is one of the most important librarians, writers, poets and intellectuals. In this study, it is aimed to introduce his work called "Vasaikul-asar" which has not much emphasized yet. This work is a start of a comprehensive "nazire" magazine that is planned ahead. As the writer mentioned before, he could not complete this work because of his old age. Here in this study, this work will be introduced and some examples will be given.
