Özet

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that support and inhibit organizational learning process. This study was designed as a qualitative research and phenomenological research techniques were used. Research was performed with mixed purposive sampling method in Cankaya district of Ankara in 4 Anatolian high schools. Interviews were conducted with a total of 16 people, 4 of them were school administrators and 12 of them were teachers. The data collected were analysed by using descriptive analysis and content analysis techniques. The factors that support or hinder organizational learning are addressed in the context of in-school variables.
