Özet

In this study, we developed a mobile application that provides scatternet network setup using Bluetooth interface on smart phones running Android Operating System to meet the communication needs of people in real-life scenarios where there is no central access point, the Internet or physical infrastructure in the environment. The messages transmitted on the network are transmitted peer to peer in a multi-hop manner. Every device that joins the network can act both server and consumer roles. Each device also serves as a router. Peers participating in the network can learn the current state of the network from the device to which they are attached in the form of a tree structure. Thus, each peer learns the current structure of the network. At the same time, an algorithm was developed and implemented to spread the information of the newly added device to all correspondents on the network. The developed application architecture is intended to be used as an alternative communication method in many different outdoor and indoor scenarios, in areas where natural conditions such as mines are difficult to communicate, natural disaster areas, rescue operations, cyber terrorist attacks and running wireless sensor networks.
