Özet

Methods created to be used for instrument education are intended to provide and improve skill-based (psycho-motor) behaviors of students. Since they involve a systematic structure, these methods are often used in violin education as a branch of musical instrument education. Entry-level first fascicle of M. Crickboom Method which is one of these methods is the subject of this research. In this research, violin playing techniques in the fascicle are examined, and analyzed the subjects; contents of the method in terms of learning, to which degree it includes the researches about right and left hand techniques required to play violin, and what are technical and musical specifications of exercises, etudes and songs used in this method.
