Özet

Ulaşım ve arazi kullanımı birbirinden ayrılmaz bir bütündür. Kentler ulaşım ve arazi kullanım kararları neticesinde şekillenmekte ve gelişme göstermektedir. Arazinin kullanımı, trafik çekiminin yönünü, trafik yükünü ve seyahat modelini etkiler. (1) Trafik etki analizi çalışmasının amacı arazi kullanım şekline göre, o kullanıma gelecek olan trafiği tahmin etmek ve inşa edilecek projenin trafik üretim ve çekim gücünün mevcut ulaşım sistemine etkisini değerlendirmektir. Trafik Etki Analizi çalışması kapsamında; mevcut durumun analizi, projenin üreteceği talebin tahmini, üretilecek trafiğin mevcut ulaştırma altyapısına etkisinin analizi yapılır. Bu analizler neticesinde; alınacak trafik düzenleme ve önlem planları hazırlanır, gereksinimi ortaya çıkan yatırımların ve tesislerin açılışı planlanır. Yine elde edilen sonuçlara göre trafik simülasyonu, toplu taşıma etütleri ve otopark kapasite analizleri yapılır. Trafik etki analizleri, her kentin trafik dinamiklerine göre formüle edilerek yapılmaktadır. Trafik etki analizi, mühendisler ve planlamacılar için herhangi bir projenin olası etkilerini belirlemek için güçlü bir araçtır. Bu çalışmada yurtdışında farklı kullanımlar için oluşturulmuş trafik çekim parametreleri incelenmiş, hesaplama yöntemleri anlatılmıştır. Yurtdışında olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de trafik çekimin, kullanıma göre modellenebilmesi için öneriler sunulmuştur. 

Transportation and land use are an inseparable whole. Cities are being shape dand developed as a result of Transportation and land use decisions. The use of land affects the direction of traffic attraction, traffic load and travel pattern. The purpose of the traffic impact analysis study is top redict the traffic that will come to that use according to the type of land use and to evaluate the effect of the traffic production and gravity power of the Project to be built on the existing Transportation system.Within the scope of Traffic Impact Analysis study; analysis of the current situation, estimation of the demand to be generated by the project, analysis of the impact of the traffic to be generated on the existing Transportation infrastructure is performed. As a result of these analyzes; traffic regulation and precaution plans to be taken are prepared, the opening of investments and facilities that arise in need is planned

Again, according to the results obtained, traffic simulation, public Transportation studies and parking capacity analyzes are performed. Traffic impact analyses are made by formulating according to the traffic dynamics of each city. Traffic impact analysis is a powerful tool forengineers and planners to determinet he possible impacts of any project.In this study, traffic attraction parameters created for different uses abroad were examined and calculation methods wer eexplained. As well as abroad, suggestions have been presented in order to model traffic attraction in Turkey according to usage.
