Özet

The aim of this study is to provide new information for the domain and to contribute to the prospective studies to be aimed at constituting a common culture. These aims will be achieved by means of finding out if there is a common organizational perception among the personnel of Gazi University and by means of determining where this difference results from in the case of finding a significant difference in the perception of organizational climate of Gazi University Personnel. According to the results of this quantitative study aiming at describing organizational climate at Gazi University, general opinions of participants about each item of the scale designed to determine the organizational climate of Gazi University Personnel are concentrated around three (medium rate) and below.
