Özet

This is a synoptic study of 12 different phytosociological researches, one carried out by the author, related to the steppe communities of East Anatolia. As the results of this syntaxonomic study, a new order, Festuco oreophilae-Veronicetalia orientalis, and three related new alliances, Festuco oreophilae-Veronicion orientalis (type), Tanaceto aucherani-Thymion pubescentis and Astragalo aurei-Festucion caucasicae, were described and classified. These syntaxa were connected to the Astragalo microcephali-Brometea tomentelli class. The vegetation analysis throughout the research was carried out according to the traditional Braun-Blanquet approach.
