Nowadays, warehouses are not only used for protecting and keeping materials, but also serves customers as quick distribution centers. Products and raw materials have to be picked from warehouses more effectively and efficiently to transform materials in time to customers and accelerate the production. So, while providing optimization of a warehousing system, it is aimed to reduce traveling time and traveling cost. At this study, for a chosen firm, it is tried to optimize order picking strategy. Firstly, materials' location are observed, all optimal rotation is determined to provide optimal picking. Routes which are provided to reduce the traveling cost and time are determined, a new warehousing system is proposed and order picking time is improved.
