Özet

The purpose of this study is to compare transvaginal sonographic endometrial assessment with histology obtained by endometrial curettage in postmenopausal patients and to determine a cut-off point for endometrial thickness to reduce unnecessary diagnostic curettage for postmenopausal bleeding.
