We report the first case of hybrid treatment for combined ascending, arcus and descending aortic aneurysms in Gazi University Medical Faculty Department of Cardiovascular Surgery. Although surgical treatments of aneurysms involving ascending, arcus and descending aorta have high mortality and morbiditiy, recent improvements in hybrid procedures have decreased those rates. A 70 year-old male patient with an ascending aorta, arcus and descending aorta aneurysm underwent a successfull hybrid aneurysmal repair. ©Copyright 2014 by Gazi University Medical Faculty.
