Özet

Nowadays, registration of intraoperative ultrasound and MR images is an important issue in the neurosurgery and biopsy. In this study, we evaluate crucial parts of the intraoperative ultrasound such as neuronavigation system and registration methods, and attempt to categorize registration methods. As a result, we observed that non-rigid methods in registration process give better results.
