Özet
CASE: We present the case of a 33-year-old man with recurrent anterior and posterior shoulder instability, with bidirectional glenoid bone loss. The patient underwent all-arthroscopic double bone block procedure using iliac crest grafts fixed with suture anchors. At the 6-year follow-up, the patient remained pain-free, with no recurrent dislocations, and achieved a full range of motion with normal muscle strength. CONCLUSION: The all-arthroscopic double bone block technique using suture anchors is a feasible and durable procedure for complex bidirectional glenoid bone loss. This method provides long-term stability and functional recovery while avoiding complications associated with screw fixation and open surgery. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE: Therapeutic Level IV.
