This research reports the development and validation of the Fair Play Teaching Self-Efficacy Scale (FTSS). The research was conducted with two studies to test the factor structure (study 1-EFA n=348 CFA n=203) and construct validity (study 2 n=528). Results show that the FTSS consists of 4 subscales and 36 items, and the scores on the measure were highly valid and reliable. In addition, the results of the correlation analysis (construct validity) showed that FTSS has a structure related to the features related to the teaching process. It is thought that FTSS will guide the authorities planning education policies and educational practitioners, and theoretical and practical implications and limitations of the scale are discussed.
