Özet

In this article, the cultural features that have an important role in the spiritual root and that Turkish civilisation history has carried into the system of "collective contemplation", its cultural practicals foundations and rituals, the basic values of Alevi-Bektashi thought system that takes place in our thought history and some of the fundemantal metaphors were analyzed in terms of the saying, "... culture is a foundation that needs being investigated every day again and again" of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who is the founder of our republic.
