Özet

With the changing and developing economy and the rise of the competition, today's business organizations management approaches are changing. Being one of the greatest pieces of change takes over Talent and Talent Management concepts. Talent Management described as ensures the right person in the right place at the right time when Talent is qualified as the premise and carrier of all activities in the business organization. Contemporarily seemed as a management approach which is especially used in corporate business organization, Talent Management can be applied to all size of organizations. Having flexibility and the basic principles in application, every business organization has the basis application principle. In this study, personnel talent levels evaluated with AHP and DEMATEL methods under fuzzy environment were studied as personnel assignment problem with 0-1 Goal Programming. Results obtained from the Multi-criteria decision making methods transformed into a constraint for the goal programming and the availability of the results obtained from the effect of the constraint on personnel assignment problems are discussed.
