Özet

This paper presents the computation of stability delay margins for an interval shipboard microgrid with a fuel cell. The open communication network affects frequency stability due to communication time delays. The paper presents a novel implementation of Rekasius substitution and Resultant theory, along with Kharitonov’s Theorem, to improve computational efficiency. The paper also examines the effects of controller gains and percentage uncertainty in system parameters on stability delay margins. Results show that these margins decrease with increasing percentage uncertainty.
