For the last 20 years, carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) have been widely used in the retrofitting and strengthening of structures with inadequate earthquake performance. One of the most important design criteria in retrofitting and strengthening details developed with CFRP is delaying the debonding of CFRP strips from the surface. For this reason, the use of anchors in reinforcement details developed with CFRP has increased. In this study, available experimental data in the literature on bond-slip research related to anchored CFRP strips were collected and a database was created. By using this database, it was aimed to create a generalized capacity equation and constitutive bond-slip model for anchored strips via the artificial neural networks technique. The proposed NN models on the constitutive bond-slip model are intended to be useful in design codes and finite element algorithms.
