Özet

In this paper, using q-Lagrange polynomials, a sequence of positive linear operators are constructed. Approximation properties of these q-type operators are established via A-statistical convergence. Furthermore, we compute rates of A-statistical convergence by means of modulus of continuity, the elements of the Lipschitz class, Peetre's K-functional and the Lipschitz type maximal function, respectively. This statistical approximation process enables us more powerful results than the classical aspects.
