Abstract

The increasing burden of cancer in the human population is one of the greatest concerns of today's society. CAR-T cell therapy, with its FDA approval, has revolutionized cancer treatment. This revolutionary treatment for hematological cancers causes major toxicities such as CRS and ICANS. This review describes the diseases for which CAR-T cell therapy is used, its toxicity and side effects, and how multidisciplinary teams and nursing care and technology are integrated.

İnsan nüfusunda kanserin artan yükü, günümüz toplumlarının en büyük endişelerinden biri olmaktadır. CAR-T hücre tedavisi, FDA onayıyla kanser tedavisinde devrim yaratmıştır. Hematolojik kanserlerde devrim yaratan bu tedavi, CRS ve ICANS gibi başlıca toksisitelere neden olmaktadır. Bu derlemede, CAR-T hücre tedavisinin kullanıldığı hastalıklar, toksisite ve yan etkileri, multidisipliner ekip ve hemşirelik bakımı ve teknolojinin nasıl entegre edildiği anlatılmaktadır.
